# Solutions Engineer (Vietnamese Speaker)

## The Role

Own the full technical relationship with Vietnamese-speaking publishers and demand partners, from pre-sales solution design through integration, launch, and ongoing optimization. You will combine deep ad-tech expertise, hands-on engineering, and consultative problem solving to help partners get maximum value from CloudX.

## What You'll Do

- Lead technical discovery with publishers and demand partners, understand their architecture and goals, and design solutions that map CloudX capabilities to their needs
- Own SDK integrations end-to-end, from kickoff to first impression served, working directly with partners' engineering teams
- Provide responsive, hands-on technical support during integration, QA, launch, and optimization
- Troubleshoot issues across the full ad-delivery pipeline, including SDKs, auctions, bidding, and reporting
- Build automation tools, AI agents, scripts, and reusable solutions that make integrations faster and more reliable
- Use AI to analyze integration patterns, diagnose issues, and create technical documentation and diagnostics
- Turn recurring partner needs into product improvements in collaboration with Product and Engineering
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and best-practice playbooks
- Monitor partner technical health and proactively identify performance and optimization opportunities

## What You Bring

- Native or professional fluency in Vietnamese and strong professional English
- 5+ years of ad-tech experience as a Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar technical partner-facing role
- Proven experience leading complex enterprise integrations, ideally in mobile, SDK-based, or programmatic advertising environments
- Strong proficiency in iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin, Java) for SDK integration and debugging
- Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, including mediation platforms, header bidding, RTB/OpenRTB, auction mechanics, and ad servers
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across client-side and server-side systems
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, documentation, and log analysis
- Ability to build AI-powered automation that scales your impact beyond manual work
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with business-intelligence and analytics tools
- Willingness to travel to and work closely with partners when needed
